Horse Drawn Wagon Rides

Yes.  Children 2 and under are free and do not require a ticket.  They do need to be with and secured by a parent or guardian, either held in their lap or holding a carrier. Strollers are not permitted in the wagon or sleigh.  If you have questions, please ask when on site.

There are 10 seats available per timeslot. If you go through the ticket booking process, the time slots for purchasing show how many seats are still available for the selected date and time. A few people have asked to reserve the entire trip, and you can by simply purchasing all 10 tickets, but please keep in mind that you may not exceed 10 total passengers for everyone’s safety.

Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult from their group.

Tickets are $10 + $1.50 booking fee from our ticket vendor. Children 2 and under are free and do not require a ticket.

You may modify your reservation from the self-service link above up until 48 hours before your scheduled booking date and time. The self service feature is new for us this year, but please reach out if you are having any issues. We appreciate your understanding that changes can not be accommodated with less than 48 hours notice.

You can manage your tickets directly at https://www.tickettailor.com/self-service/starhillfamilyfarm. For the 1st year, we have implemented a self serve ability to cancel your booking with greater than 1 week notice. 

Your booking means someone else could not book the same time, so we do not offer refunds on missed bookings, and can not adjust other booked times to accommodate.  Please talk to us while on-site, and if we can fit your party or at least part of it on another time slot we will try, but can’t make any promises if we’re tightly booked.

There are a few reasons that we may have to cancel wagon rides that are outside of our control, such as weather, issues with the horses, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, you would receive a cancellation email with the reason for cancellation, and a refund would be made to your initial payment method. While we process refunds immediately, it may take up to 3 business days for any refund to post to your account.

No, this depends on mother nature and with your safety in mind.  If there is enough snow on the ground we will be using the sleigh, and the wagon will be used in the event of no snow.

You will be directed to the parking lot when you arrive, and there will be signs directing you where to walk to go on wagon/sleigh rides.  You can always ask a friendly staff member if you need help.
